Fixed amounts for position grants

Holiday pay (1.3%) and salary fees (51.7%) plus the managing Department's deductions for indirect costs (15.25%) are included in the grant amount.

The grant holder's actual salary is determined by the employer and not Cancerfonden.

It is a requirement that the entire grant be used to finance the position and may not be used for other project related costs or another person’s salary. Any unspent funds must be repaid to the Swedish Cancer Society. 

Regarding Fellowship the grant may be used for one return trip per grant period for the grant holder and any accompanying family members in the event that part of the Fellowship is spent abroad.
