IS3 is a Filipino Martial Arts system founded by Suro Emanuel Hart that has practitioners from all over the world. With members in Sweden, Germany, France and the United States to name a few, we are dedicated to giving back to our world community and doing what we can to make the future a better place for all. Our goals include providing education in the traditional Martial Arts of the Philippines, self-defense courses, edge weapon defense courses for the Law Enforcement community as well as providing personal and group development through seminars and workshops.
